Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday
- Understanding of HR data, HR processes, and HR system best practices
- Experience troubleshooting issues, participating in testing, and improving processes
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into useful business insight
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong communication and partnership skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and practical way
- Customer service mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
