Echodyne is seeking a Chief Engineer to join their fast-growing team to design and manufacture high-performance radar products.
Requirements
- Experience leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team developing hybrid products and systems
- Demonstrated leadership in system architecture definition and decomposition
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience identifying, assessing, and managing technical and programmatic risk
- Ability to provide technical mentorship and team development
