Corporate Counsel

Echodyne is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Corporate Counsel to join our Legal & Compliance team supporting our rapidly growing U.S. Public Sector business, alongside our expanding domestic and international commercial operations.

Requirements

• Negotiate, draft, and review a wide range of government and commercial contracts
• Provide expert guidance on Federal, State, and Local government contracting
• Support proposal development, RFP responses, and subcontract management
• Advise on intellectual property, data rights, export controls, and other regulatory frameworks
• Partner with sales, supply chain, engineering, and program management teams to drive business growth
• Develop and refine contract templates, playbooks, and training materials
