We are looking for a Coordinator Language Bridge Programmes to coordinate language bridge programmes in Alphen aan den Rijn. The coordinator will be responsible for registrations, intakes, administration, lesson planning, and career guidance. The coordinator will also ensure timely and accurate follow-up on student progress and organize exam periods. The coordinator will work in a dynamic environment with other integration courses and will have regular meetings with the education manager to discuss care and further development of processes and quality of the language bridge programmes.

Requirements

• Experience with or demonstrable affinity with (small-scale) projects in the field of NT2, MBO or education in general
• Experience with coordinating and organizing education or other educational projects
• Communicative skills, both verbally and in writing
• Eye for detail, ability to keep an overview, be precise and planful and work according to agreements
• Ability to work independently, but ask for help in time and work well together with colleagues and partner organizations
• Stress-resistant, able to switch quickly and keep an overview, also in a dynamic environment and with changes and deadlines
• Initiative-taking, self-starter, creative and result-oriented
• Completed HBO degree
• Proficiency in a non-Western language, such as Arabic, is an asset
