ANALYST

The Analyst - Technology Services will be responsible for troubleshooting technology problems, providing regular updates, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/College Degree or IT-related course, experience with Microsoft products and solutions, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Conceptual knowledge of IP networks and core IP applications
• At least 1 year of computer system experience
• Effective interpersonal and communications skills
