Job Description
eClerx is seeking a Process Manager to analyze and optimize processes, identify areas for improvement, and leverage data analytics to drive business value. The role involves process mapping, data analysis using Celonis, process improvement, and automation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, data mining & Data Transformation
- Proficiency in Celonis
- SQL/PQL scripting
- Knowledge of process improvement techniques and process mining
- Basic Python scripting knowledge
