We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Researcher to lead end-to-end research initiatives to uncover deep customer insights and improve digital experiences. Requirements
- 8+ years of UX Research experience (preferably in eCommerce)
- Strong expertise in usability testing, interviews, and IA validation
- Hands-on experience with analytics and research tools
- Excellent storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
