Account Manager - Melbourne

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Sales team in Richmond, Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and servicing relationships with design clients, growing new industry partnerships, and providing after-sales support. The role involves gathering information on prospective clients, working with Business Development reps to understand client requirements, and promoting new products to existing customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a relevant sales role
• Ability to confidently manage client relationships and general day-to-day enquiries
• Strong communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships
• Good attention to detail in handling business development leads and managing projects from lead to delivery
• An interest in architecture and design
• Ambition to grow and develop existing client relationships through exceptional service and product counsel
• Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
