At ecoATM, we are a technology company and a pioneer of device re-commerce. We are looking for a Technical Support Agent I to provide technical support to our field operations teams and customers via phone calls or through our ticketing system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year(s) of customer service experience in a technical environment required
• Prior help desk or technical support experience preferred

Benefits
