Job Description
We are on the hunt for a sharp, detail-oriented Senior Digital Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a key part in the digital transformation of complex business and data requirements into clear, actionable insights that will drive our business processes and guide our business decisions to contribute to our continued growth and success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in information system, technology, or business
- 6-8 years of experience in commercial, supply chain, manufacturing or logistic, with focus supporting digital projects or business system analysis & design, oil & gas or commodity trading related industry would be a plus
- Experience with business applications like e.g. ERP, CRTM/ETRM, SCM, advanced data analytics, GenAI or other digital business systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on supporting the design of real-world solutions
- Good understanding of general business, oil & gas/commodity trading and supply chain operations, data flows, and performance metrics
- Ability to communicate and coordinate between business teams & technical team, developing business process and requirements to technical team, and support project delivery
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English is a must Mandarin considered as a plus.
