Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic Business Analyst Senior Associate to join our Enterprise Digital Solutions team, assisting in translating vision into a roadmap and delivering IT solutions within a fast-paced financial services environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis & project management, preferably in operations and technology domains
- Hands on experience related to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Proficiency in JIRA, Visio, PowerPoint, MPP and Excel
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
- Experience in consulting is highly preferred
