Job Description
The Collection Supervisor is responsible for overseeing collections services activities, managing portfolio metrics, and analyzing accounts to improve cash flow. They will partner with sales and finance teams to handle critical business decisions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and identify solutions to speed up collection efforts.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong PC and systems skills
- Demonstrated experience overseeing system enhancements/developments related to collections functionality
- Previous experience leading a team with the ability to manage a large staff in a complex business environment
- Excellent problem resolution skills
- Proven experience with continuous improvement and/or project management
- Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
- Self-motivated and detail and process oriented
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
