Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Business Process Analyst to lead initiatives that deliver scalable, action-oriented analytics solutions supporting Global Logistics function. The role will partner closely with Logistics and data engineering teams to co-create high-quality analytics products, support design reviews, and enable structured deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, supply chain, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or business process roles
- Good SAP experience in Logistics function.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Power BI and working knowledge of SQL, Python, Azure and Snowflake.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to drive change management and value realization through analytics solutions
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Working knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing
