Training Specialist

Ecolab is seeking a Training Specialist I to help build and support a leading-edge learning program. This role will design and develop effective training programs, aids and materials to facilitate training for Ecolab associates locally and globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 6-8 years’ experience in Instructional Design, training delivery, and/or education
• Experience working with adult learning principles, methodologies and tools
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to facilitate collaboration
• Proven experience delivering high quality work, on time
• Ability to interpret, develop, and present information to multiple audiences
• Skilled listener who can gauge reactions and guide conversations to uncover learner needs
• Proficient with MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint, MS Forms, Microsoft Teams, Excel
• Familiarity with Workday Learning & Articulate 360
