Requirements

• Build and run a repeatable product development engine
• Own the product pipeline end-to-end
• Take products from research and concept through to handoff for launch execution
• Drive feasibility, costing, and margin realism early
• Define quality plan: QC checklists, tolerances, inspection points (pre-production, inline, pre-shipment), and defect standards
