Requirements

• Superb design capability and the ability to articulate luxury cues to create amazing products that can be profitably sold at affordable prices
• Proven track record taking physical products from concept through sampling to production-ready
• Ability to communicate and work with factories to enable designs to be turned into manufacturable products
• Commercial realism: cost targets, margin awareness, lead time/MOQ understanding, and disciplined trade-offs
