As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will contribute to the growth of our regions, proactively developing talent pools and handling all recruitment stages. You will be responsible for attracting high-quality talents, managing the entire recruitment cycle, and collaborating closely with managers to strengthen internal partnerships.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in highly competitive markets
- Expertise in candidate outreach
- French and English bilingualism
- Excellent relationship and communication skills
- Mastery of recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS
