We're hiring a Demand Generation Strategist to own pipeline from marketing, managing paid media, email, content campaigns, and lifecycle programs. The role sits at the intersection of marketing and AI, actively using and building AI-powered workflows and tools to improve targeting, speed, and campaign output.
Requirements
- 4+ years in demand generation, performance marketing, or a closely related role
- A track record of owning pipeline targets — not just running campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proficiency in HubSpot — workflows, segmentation, reporting
- Strong grasp of full-funnel metrics: MQL, SAL, opportunity creation, pipeline contribution
- Experience translating funnel data into campaign decisions
- Has built or actively uses AI tools or automations in a marketing context
- Comfortable working directly with Sales, Creative, and Leadership
- Strong written communication
