Senior Demand Generation Specialist

ECP is hiring a Demand Generation Strategist to own pipeline from marketing, using AI-powered workflows and tools to improve targeting, speed, and campaign output.

Requirements

• 4+ years in demand generation, performance marketing, or a closely related role
• A track record of owning pipeline targets — not just running campaigns
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Proficiency in HubSpot — workflows, segmentation, reporting
• Strong grasp of full-funnel metrics: MQL, SAL, opportunity creation, pipeline contribution
• Experience translating funnel data into campaign decisions
• Has built or actively uses AI tools or automations in a marketing context
• Comfortable working directly with Sales, Creative, and Leadership
• Strong written communication
