Job Description
Eddy's Everything is seeking BDC Phone Sales Agents to join their growing team. This role involves receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from inbound and outbound calls, covering inquiries on new and pre-owned vehicles, internet leads, and general information. The position is fast-paced, energetic, and offers opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- Handle all guest inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
- Work in close proximity with other Sales BDC agents.
- Receive inbound calls on new and pre-owned vehicles with a goal to establish a firm appointment date and time.
- Answer questions and provide vehicle sales information with a friendly manner.
- Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.
- Participate in departmental and dealership meetings.
