BDC Representative - Sales

This role is a BDC Representative for Feldman Automotive, focused on providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience from initial inquiry. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, updating customer records, and collaborating with other departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and multitasking skills, along with attention to detail.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document information
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environment (preferred)
