Job Description
The BDC Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and multitasking. The role involves handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, documenting interactions, and maintaining customer records. Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
