Sr. Relationship Manager (Boston, MA or Remote)

Edelman Financial Engines is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to build strategic partnerships and provide outstanding customer service to large plan sponsors. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to present clear ideas and persuade others to advance client retention and grow revenue.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of institutional relationship experience in Defined Contribution space or similar industry
• Knowledge of retirement plans and issues and challenges of the 401(k) marketplace
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Track record of successfully selling into existing relationships
• Ability to empower and influence internal colleagues
