Job Description
Edelman Financial Engines is seeking a Vice President, Total Rewards to lead the design and execution of compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition programs. The role will play a critical role in enabling the mission to Amplify Our People and Culture by ensuring Total Rewards programs attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Human Resources experience with 5+ years in Total Rewards leadership
- Deep expertise in a global compensation strategy, benefits programs, and market benchmarking
- Experience with the following HR Suite: UKG HRIS, Shareworks, Paycycle, Hub, Alight, Qualtrics, Lattice, Greenhouse
