Job Description
The Cheerleading Coach will be responsible for managing the team during the winter season, mentoring and developing team members, and modeling a Christian lifestyle. The coach will attend practices and games, report to the Athletic Director, and coordinate schedules.
Requirements
- Ability to move about the fieldhouse
- Athletic requirements relating to the sport
- Carry and move equipment
- Experience with coaching
- Basic personal computer skills
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, analytical, time management and planning skills.
- Initiative and independence in carrying out responsibilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and a variety of demands.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and problem solving capabilities
