Job Description
Head of HR and Volunteering job at Eden Project, an education charity, to lead and manage the Eden People Team to deliver a professional Human Resources and volunteering function in line with Eden’s mission and requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 5+ years' experience in senior HR leadership role
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills
- Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development
- Additional qualifications in coaching, mentoring, training, or mediation desirable
