Labour Administrator (Sizewell C) opportunity supporting local people into exciting, long-term careers across the Sizewell C Project.
Requirements
- Primary contact for all vetting activities
- Enter candidate details, chase missing data, progress candidates through the vetting process
- Assist Labour Co-ordinator with various activities
- Maintain site records of attendance, holidays, sickness
- Assist Training Manager with interviewing and onboarding of Trainee applicants
- Maintain records of leavers and reasons why
- Drafting of Contracts for new starters and checking of Right To Work documents
- Maintain close relationships with labour agencies
- Issue of PPE and other consumable items
