Labour Coordinator (Sizewell C)

The Labour Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the labour demand plan, coordinating with subcontractors, and tracking workforce mobilisation status. They will also be responsible for forecasting labour demands, serving as a point of contact for labour-related questions, and ensuring compliance with site rules and health & safety procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise across multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in MS Excel, workforce trackers, and planning tools
• Experience in labour coordination, construction logistics support, or workforce planning on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects
• Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and resource streams
