Job Description
Edge Autonomy Riga is seeking an experienced IPT Lead for Ground Support Equipment to oversee the development, integration, and delivery of mission-critical support systems for uncrewed aircraft systems. The company specializes in autonomous unmanned aerial vehicles and advanced electro-optical surveillance systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or UAS industries
- Experience with UAS ground control system (GCS) hardware
- Knowledge of power management systems, battery chargers, and electrical interfaces
- Familiarity with ruggedized field support equipment
- Understanding of communication protocols and radio frequency (RF) systems
- Proficiency with digital tools for GSE development
- Experience managing hardware selection, system integration, and testing
- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills
- Good spoken and written English communication skills
