IPT Lead for Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT)

Edge Autonomy Riga is seeking an IPT Lead for Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) to manage systems engineering processes across complex aerospace and UAS programs. The role involves leading a team, managing systems engineering processes, and ensuring technical and schedule alignment.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or UAS industries, with a focus on systems engineering and integration.
• Strong understanding of aerospace system requirements, architectures, and verification processes.
• Proven experience leading complex aerospace projects from concept through flight testing and delivery.
• Expertise in Systems Engineering principles, tools, and best practices applied to aerospace development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams for military or mission-critical systems.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Aerospace, Systems, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
