Job Description
The Lead Test Engineer will ensure component, subsystem, and system/aircraft tests are well-planned and executed, collaborating with teams to understand test requirements and resolve issues. They will lead small, mixed-function teams and take ownership of test activities. This role involves generating test plans, evaluating test standards, and providing support to customers and operators.
Requirements
- B.S. in a flight/UAV related engineering field (Aerospace, Mechanical, or similar)
- At least 6 years' experience in formal test at component, subsystem, and system level
- At least 4 years' experience in conducting test of aircraft/UAVs
- Experience generating formal test plans and reports
- Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel)
- UAV operation
