Supplier Quality Engineer

Redwire Corporation is a global space and defense technology company seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure suppliers meet quality standards and deliver materials in line with company requirements. The role includes supplier selection, quality audits, non-conformance management, and close collaboration with Procurement, Production, and R&D.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably related to quality.
• Experience and understanding of quality processes.
• Understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.
• Experience with quality methods (FMEA, SPC, CAPA) and statistical analysis.
• High accuracy and sense of responsibility, as well as the ability to work in dynamic conditions.
• Good communication and cooperation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Latvian and English is required.
