Role Overview

The Controller owns the Accounting function and serves as the senior Accounting leader for the organization. This is a hands-on operator role — you partner directly with the CEO and department heads, lead accounting and reporting, manage banking and tax relationships, and develop the finance team.

What You Will Do

Controls Accounting processes and team accountability, leads monthly and annual financial close, delivers monthly reporting packages to the executive team, manages AR, AP, and Purchasing, owns cash flow management, rolling forecasts, and proactive communication of risks to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• Full finance function ownership in a mid-market environment
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, ConnectWise, or equivalent
