Job Description
This is a senior accounting leadership role for a hands-on Controller who can balance technical depth with practical execution. The position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, strengthening the month-end close and control environment, and providing clear financial insight to support decision making.
Requirements
- CPA designation
- 7 plus years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong experience with consolidated financial reporting
- Proven ability to manage a timely month end close
- Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audit processes
- Experience with ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency
