Role Overview

The Controller will oversee all financial activities within the organization, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage financial operations effectively.

What You Will Do

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, lead the budgeting and forecasting process, develop and maintain a system of internal controls, monitor cash flow, and manage company liquidity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
