Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Controller to oversee and manage the organization’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of financial processes while supporting the company’s continued growth.

What You Will Do

Manage month-end and year-end financial close processes, ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards, assist with treasury operations, lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives, and supervise staff accountants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management
• 2-3 years of experience in a Controller role
• Proficiency with accounting software systems
• Strong knowledge of month-end close activities and financial statement preparation
• Familiarity with auditing practices and budget management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
