Job description
Reporting to the Divisional Controller, the Controller will have ownership of all aspects of the month-end close, internal controls, and accounting projects and support for profit centers within the Specialty division. The role will provide strategic and operational leadership for all day-to-day accounting functions across the Specialty division.
Establish a transition of Specialty accounting functions to a standalone, provide strategic and operational leadership, lead and direct accounting operations, oversee the month-end and quarter-end close process, and manage the consolidation of financial data.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, experience in delivering projects and initiatives that deliver measurable financial results, and the ability to effectively interact with leadership in a dynamic environment.
