Customer success manager

Join Edgegap as a Customer Success Manager and work with a team of industry vets in the cloud network industry. Manage customer escalations, develop customer success plans, and provide exceptional support and guidance to customers. This role requires a technical-first profile with familiarity with the cloud/networking industry, and experience with Linux, Container, and Kubernetes is a plus.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in programming, developing, or anything similar
• Technical-first profile with familiarity with the cloud/networking industry
• Ability to present complex technical issues in a simple way to clients
• Ability to talk to customers and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Linux, Container, and Kubernetes
