Job Description
Edgewell is seeking a Head of Sales to lead the Commercial Plan and contribute to the Commercial Strategy for Italy and Iberia. This role focuses on driving growth, maximizing market potential, and fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG sector and excellent leadership skills.
Requirements
- Significant leadership sales experience in FMCG multi-national business
- Senior Key Accounts management experience
- Trade Marketing experience (a plus)
- Solid working knowledge of Health and Beauty or Household sector (desirable)
- Drugstore channel knowledge (desirable)
- Computer literacy (essential)
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
- Proven strategic abilities
- University degree or equivalent in commercial related subject
- Significant personal presence and credible communicator
