- Develop, Follow Up and Achieve Strategies and Annual Business Plans for each customer.
- Increase Market Share and Self among each customer for each category
- Review and ensure customers monthly sell-out growth.
- Management of the ambiguity where the brand is not ours. Look for new and different clients.
- Achieve KPI ́S and Goals such as: Sales Goals, SOM, DII, DSO, Gross Margin, and Forecast Accuracy for each customer.
- Manage Regular and top to top meetings with buyers and directors to ensure results
- Ensure and Achieve Financial Targets for Sales and InvestmentKPIS
- Ensure Collection of each customer sales.
- Track of all customers PO’s and invoices.
- Provide monthly Forecast feedback of base portfolio and building block activities.

- Management of tactical plans and levers for Sell Out
