Marketing Associate - Operations

Edina Realty is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Marketing Associate to support agent and employee experience, internal engagement and marketing operations across the organization. The role will involve coordinating events, recognition programs, and community initiatives, as well as supporting critical marketing systems, vendor relationships, and administrative functions.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, administrative, or customer service roles
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Experience coordinating events or programs preferred
• Comfortable working with technology platforms, systems, and data tracking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
