Marketing Associate - Operations

Edina Realty Home Services is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Marketing Associate to support agent and employee experience, internal engagement and marketing operations across the organization.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, administrative, or customer service roles
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Experience coordinating events or programs preferred
• Comfortable working with technology platforms, systems, and data tracking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
