The temporary Leadership/Supervisor Development Trainer provides instruction on an intermittent, as-needed basis for leadership and supervisor development workshops. This role is responsible for facilitating and designing various types of leadership training, aimed at developing the essential skills of emerging leaders.
Requirements
- Possesses a broad understanding of leadership development models, strategies, and best practices
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in curriculum design and instructional methodology
- Five or more years of serving in a leadership role
