Director, Learning and Assessment Design

Edmentum is seeking a Director, Learning and Assessment Design to shape the company's strategic vision for learning and assessment across its portfolio. The successful candidate will drive innovation, leverage expertise to broaden access and drive outcomes for diverse learners, and champion Edmentum's reputation as a forward-looking authority in the education sector.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge in learning science, instructional design, assessment theory, and accessibility standards
• 10+ years of experience designing research-based learning and assessment experiences that drive impact
• Master's degree in education, instructional design, or assessment; PhD strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience guiding geographically distributed senior teams and mentoring future leaders
• Expert-level understanding of K–12 education and digital learning environments
• Experience leading and inspiring teams that span literacy, mathematics, virtual instruction, intervention models, career learning, and assessment systems
