Job Description
As the Head of Learning Design at HyperionDev, you will lead the critical functions of course design, development and evaluation. This is a new role that exists within the Learning Experience part of the organisation.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in learning/instruction design, ideally within EdTech
- 5+ years direct team management experience, having directly line managed a team of 5+ individuals
- A deep understanding of learning design and educational technology best practices in the context of online/blended higher education
