Head of Learning Design

HyperionDev is seeking a Head of Learning Design to lead the critical functions of course design, development and evaluation. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of HyperionDev’s course strategy, development and maintenance to ensure that our learners have the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to embark on a career in tech.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in learning/instruction design, ideally within EdTech
• 5+ years direct team management experience, having directly line managed a team of 5+ individuals
• A deep understanding of learning design and educational technology best practices in the context of online/blended higher education
