Virtual Teacher, English/Language Arts (WA, OR, WY, MI, VA)

Edmentum is a dynamic educator and student-focused company dedicated to tech-enabled learning solutions. As a Virtual English/Language Arts Teacher, you will deliver live, on-camera synchronous instruction for five (5) or more hours per day, every scheduled instructional day, creating an engaging and structured virtual classroom experience that inspires student participation and achievement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Active state teaching license in Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, Michigan, and/or Virginia in English/Language Arts grades 6-12
• Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings
• Comfortable with live online classroom
• Hands-on experience with online learning platforms, virtual instruction tools, and standard productivity software
• Data-informed: able to read student performance data and adjust live instruction
• Excellent communicator
• Highly organized and self-directed
• Commitment to professional growth
