EXP Training Coordinator, Uganda

Educate! is looking for an EXP Training Coordinator to be responsible for the end-to-end coordination, execution, and quality stewardship of all EXP trainings. The role involves training execution and quality stewardship, end-to-end training project management, data-driven training monitoring, learning and enforcement, and training experiments execution and product collaboration.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Education or related fields
• Strong experience in training delivery, facilitation, or training quality management
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
• High ownership and follow-through
• Comfortable with ambiguity but disciplined about standards
• Respected communicator who can influence without formal line management
• Detail-oriented without losing sight of the overall experience
• Calm under pressure and willing to make hard calls when quality is at risk
• Willingness to be in the field for extended periods of time, conducting or overseeing training
• Ability to work with data and dashboards to inform decisions
