Job Description
Educate! is seeking a Performance Metrics Officer to support monitoring, reporting, and data quality for the MEWAKA program in Tanzania. The role will help ensure that program data is complete, accurate, and submitted on time, and support frontline staff in using monitoring tools and systems.
Requirements
- Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics or similar fields
- At least 2 years of experience working in data-related projects
- Familiarity with education or youth-impact focused programs
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-driven and resourceful
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to field sites
