Job Description
The Maintenance Manager role is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. This role requires technical expertise, leadership and strategic thinking to support the organisation’s goals and maintain operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering
- Government Certificate of Competency (GCC)
- 8 – 12 years’ experience in the FMCG industry with processing and packaging equipment
- 5 years’ experience in managing and leading a team
